The seminar OH basic serves to get to know the principle of the OH card series up close and to learn working ideas with them. The participants are taught the basics of this method and its ethics, which lead to creative impulses in their professional as well as in their private life. The use of the OH method in counseling, coaching, therapy as well as for one’s own self-awareness are the focus.
